Second-hand modules for a new use

Ewz needed to relocate some of its workspace as part of its project for the ‘Restoration and optimisation of the ewz Herdern site (ewzWHH)’. In mid 2022, Blumer Lehmann therefore created a temporary modular office building for around 60 employees at the Altstetten substation. The temporary office is expected to be used until mid of 2027.

Following their use in the temporary office building, the second-hand modules will be available for sale to be used in a similar or alternative way.

Do you need high-quality space for a particular period of time? The timber modules can be modified and extended from one to three storeys according to your wishes and furnished to suit your needs. Contact us for further details.

You will find full details about the building in this sales flyer.
